  Arnold Family Funeral Services provide exceptional services. The funeral director is very understanding of everyone's unique situation and goes above and beyond to ensure that each family is satisfied. All the staff are very professional, responsive and attentive to the family needs. This business is also very active in the community.

  Our father's service was held in the last week. Our experience with Arnold Family Funeral Services was nothing short of professional and courteous throughout the process. Lance is a fine young man, who as VP, wears many hats. His parents articulate the services provided. Two ladies attended the services, dressed beautifully and attended to every need during the service as they anticipated every tear. Did the planning go completely smoothly? No. Does anything? However, Lance remained a professional, worked through every challenge and delivered a classy ceremony where many of our relatives commented on the beauty of the intimate service. Lastly, prices. We consulted with a leading competitor whom our family has done business with and known for 50 years, but their packages didn't compare. Much more necessities, like stationery were built into the price in an "all-inclusive" way. Our father was a vet, they also coordinated a military gravesite ceremony which was touching and classic. We were honored to receive a blanket with our father's image airbrushed in the center. Very beautiful and an unexpected "cherry topping" touch. Worst week of my life, hope this was helpful for someone else during a delicate time. Godspeed.

  Lance and the team at Arnold Family Funeral Services in Altadena, CA provided our family with excellent services combined with the most compassionate and respectable customer service. During a difficult time in our family's life we were treated with the utmost respect and our family was not that easy to deal with when it came to information and deadlines. Bless Lance's heart for seeing us as a grieving family not dollar signs. I highly recommend Arnold Family Funeral Services and would not go anywhere else.

  The people at Arnold Family Funeral Services truly care! They made my family and I feel more like family than customers. Death is such a difficult thing to deal with, but the Arnold family really made things easy; no added pressure or stress, their main concern was making sure our needs were met and the process was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them!

  I had the privilege of assisting a friend with funeral services for her sister. After contacting the established Mortuaries in the area, we decided to check out the "new" place. It was near closing but we met with Lance, who was very patient, after offering us something to drink, he took time to explain the services that they offered and answered any questions and concerns that we had. The next day we went back to the new place, Arnold Family Funeral Services and met with Lance again. We advised him that the deceased was indigent, there was NO insurance and the monies needed to be raised to pay for the services. We also advised that the body needed to be picked up. Without any money upfront, he arranged for pickup of the deceased and picked her up from the Coroner. He treated us as if he had been given a blank check, I was surprised because my experience has been that monies needed to be paid before any services are rendered. He kept us abreast of the steps and plans that the Mortuary were making and provided timely instructions for us to follow even when there was a problem and we had to be contacted after hours. The Funeral Services was phenomenal. The Mortuary Staff served as ushers as there were none available. Their professional conduct, dignity and services was second to none. I am pleased and grateful for your services and will continue to support and tell others about Arnold Family Funeral Services. May God bless you all and your business.
