  We worked with Theresa over the past week and a half to make arrangements for my granddad's service. She and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and incredibly patient during this time. The cemetery is beautiful, and the facilities are peaceful and clean.

  Just got a cremation done there and paid $5000 not good at all very rude people trying to get rich fast

  In recently trying to lay to rest my friends father at this location I spoke with the owner, Jay, who was insensitive, rude and openly hurtful. I can not believe how unprofessional he behaved and quickly made arrangements with Forrest Lawn. The woman I met there, Zenny, could not be more kind, professional and aware of the difficulty with this time and how to treat someone in this fragile state. SHAME ON YOU JAY! AND SHAME ON MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY.

  My dear Father had everything arranged with this mortuary before he passed away. I canNOT recommend them. The cremation went well, but they offered to handle the death announcement for us, and promised to call for approval once they knew the price. They only called after it was too late to stop publication, and charged us $650.00 just for the death announcement !!!!!! We tried everything to diplomatically get them to be more reasonable, but finally paid the ripoff after they threatened my brother's credit rating. AVOID Mountain View.

  I worked at Mountainview as an embalmer and funeral director. I would recommend this firm to everyone. The geography is beautiful and it is a long established family firm with deep roots in the community. Jim Thorn
